城市绿道景观感知满意度的影响因子分析

摘　　要：城市绿道是维系城市生态环境和民生福祉的重要空间场所,提升绿道景观感知的丰富性,塑造高品质的城市绿道已逐步成为现代城市研究的热点和城市健康发展的必然趋势.选取合肥市新老城区3个绿道作为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷分析使用者对绿道景观感知的满意度,辅以Person相关系数法和多元线性回归法整理出影响城市绿道景观感知满意度的核心因子,并建立满意度回归方程.研究表明:总体上使用者对于城市绿道景观感知较不满意;测度体系中有6个评价因子与绿道景观感知满意度关系密切,且触觉感知在景观感知满意度影响因子中占有较大比重.最后,在分析结果的基础上针对性地探讨了优化策略.Urban greenway is an important space to maintain urban ecological environment and people’s well-being. It has gradually become a hot spot of modern urban research and an inevitable trend of urban healthy development to enhance the richness of greenway landscape perception and shape high-quality urban greenway. Three greenways in old and new urban districts of Hefei City are selected as the research objects, and the satisfaction degree of users to the greenway landscape perception is analyzed by questionnaire. The core factors affecting the satisfaction degree of the urban greenway landscape perception are sorted out by using person correlation coefficient method and multiple linear regression method, and the satisfaction regression equation is established. The results show that the overall users are not satisfied with the urban greenway landscape perception. There are six evaluation factors in the measurement system which are closely related to the greenway landscape perception satisfaction, and tactile perception occupies a large proportion of the impact factors of the landscape perception satisfaction. Based on the analysis of the results, the optimization strategies are discussed.
