摘 要:传统聚酰亚胺薄膜因为分子内和分子间形成的电荷转移络合物(CTC)作用显黄色。从分子结构设计出发,成功合成了含有间位取代的三联苯刚性结构以及间位取代三氟甲基取代基的新型含氟二胺3,5-二(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基)三氟甲苯,通过一步法和与六氟二酐聚合制备得到新型无色透明聚酰亚胺薄膜,对该聚酰亚胺薄膜进行红外吸收光谱(FTIR)测试,紫外可见光透过率(UV-vis transmittance)测试,热性能(DSC/TGA)测试。实验结果表明,该聚酰亚胺具有较高的亚胺化程度;具备较高可见光透过率,透过率最高达到88.9%;玻璃化转变温度为275.48℃,热分解温度Td5%为550℃,Td10%582℃。Traditional polyimide film’s color is yellow because of inter-and intra-molecular charge transfer complex(CTC). Based on molecular structure design, a new diamine named 3,5-di(2-trifluoromethyl-4-amino)-1-trifluoromethyl-tuluene is designed and synthesized. The new colorless polyimide film is prepared from the polymerization between the diamine and the dianhydride 6 FDA through one-step method. Through infrared absorption spectra(FTIR), UV-vis transmittance and thermal performance(DSC/TGA) testing on the polyimide film, experimental results that the polyimide film has a high degree of imization, high visible transmittance, maximum transmittance of88.9% and high glass transition temperature, which Tgis 275.48℃, high thermal decomposition temperature Td5%is550℃, and Td10%is 582℃.
