摘　　要：以炔丙醇为起始原料,经过偶联、氢化、环氧化、溴代等反应合成中间体(9S,10R)-1-溴-9,10-环氧-(3Z,6Z)-二十一碳-3,6-二烯(化合物9),再通过两种不同的方法分别得到脱溴产物.优化反应条件,提高产率,得到高纯度的美国白蛾性信息素.其结构经^1H NMR和LC-MS表征.Using propargyl alcohol as starting material,the intermediate(9S,10R)-1-bromo-9,10-epoxy-(3Z,6Z)-henicosa-3,6-diene(compound 9)was synthesized by coupling,hydrogenation,epoxidation and bromination,then,debromination products are obtained by different two methods.The synthesis route is shortened.The reaction conditions are optimized.The yield is improved.American white moth sex pheromone is obtained by high purity.Its structure is characterized by ^1H NMR and LC-MS.
