摘　　要：结合空军勤务学院开展教员群众性教学比武竞赛的系列活动,探讨了"勤务之星-2019"教员群众性教学比武对于航空油料应用教学团队的凝聚作用和教学教法创新改革的推动作用,认为竞赛活动显著提升了航空油料应用课程体系中理论与实践的有机结合程度,极大丰富了教学资源的获取途径,明显改善了固有教学模式,重新激发了教员的教学科研兴趣,加快了化验室和航空油料工程实验室建设工作.Based on a series of activities of public teaching competition of faculty in air force logistics college,this paper discusses the cohesion of public teaching competition of“Logistics Star-2019”faculty for aviation oil application teaching team and the promotion of innovation and reform of teaching methods,and holds that the competition activity has significantly improved the organic combination of theory and practice in aviation oil application curriculum system.It has greatly enriched the access to teaching resources,significantly improved the inherent teaching mode,restimulated teachers'interest in teaching and scientific research,and accelerated the construction of laboratory and aviation oil engineering laboratory.
