摘　　要：目的:ICD分类法是目前国际上普遍使用的疾病和死亡原因的分组统计工具,跟踪ICD新版本的更新内容并建立新旧版本的语义映射对于国内卫生信息化建设具有重大意义。方法:通过对其新版本ICD-11的内容结构进行统计分析,并探讨ICD-11与其他知识组织系统建立语义映射的可行方案。结果:从术语量、编码方式、章节内容、信息更新等方面总结ICD-11新版本内容结构,并建立ICD-11中英文版本映射。结论:通过分析ICD-11内容结构和开展语义映射的探索,希望为ICD-11的推广应用和国内卫生信息化建设提供借鉴和参考。Objective:ICD classification method is a widely used grouping statistics tool for disease and death causes in the world.It is of great significance for the construction of domestic health informatization to track the updated content of the new version of ICD and establish the semantic mapping between the old version and the new version.Methods:Through the statistical analysis of the content structure of the new version of ICD-11 and discussion about ICD-11 and other knowledge organization systems,the feasible scheme of semantic mapping is developed.Results:The content structure of the new version of ICD-11 is summarized in terms of the quantity of terms,coding method,content of chapters and update of information,and the mapping between Chinese and English versions of ICD-11 is established.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the content structure of ICD-11 and the exploration of semantic mapping,we hope to provide reference for the promotion and application of ICD-11 and the domestic health information construction.
