浦东新区社会办医疗机构信息化现状分析

摘　　要：目的:分析上海市浦东新区社会办医疗机构信息化的状况。方法:通过现场访谈、电话访谈、专家咨询、问卷调研方法,获得2018年浦东新区社会办医疗机构信息化相关数据。结果:2018年,浦东新区共有722家社会办医疗机构,占全区医疗机构的60%,业务量占13%。调查显示,社会办医疗机构基础信息系统覆盖率约为80%。结论:浦东新区社会办医疗机构信息系统仅满足基本运营要求,信息化发展严重不均衡且重视程度较低。政府应加强社会办医疗机构在信息化方面的顶层设计、统筹规划和全面监管。Objective:To analyze the informationization status of non-public medical institutions in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.Methods:By means of on-site interviews,telephone interviews,expert consultation and questionnaire survey,the related data of informatization of non-public medical institutions in Pudong New Area in 2018 were obtained.Results:In 2018,there were 722 non-public medical institutions in Pudong New Area,accounting for 60%of the medical institutions in the whole region and 13%of the business volume.The survey showed that the coverage rate of basic information system in non-public medical institutions was about 80%.Conclusion:The information system of non-public medical institutions in Pudong New Area only meets the basic operational requirements.The development of information technology is seriously unbalanced and the emphasis is low.The government should strengthen the top-level design,overall planning and overall supervision of the informationization of social-run medical institutions.
