摘　　要：目的:通过深圳市智慧医疗监管系统建设,对医疗质量监管的指标变化情况进行多维度数据分析。方法:设计和构建深圳市智慧医疗监管系统,开展全市医疗质量监测与评价,持续改进医疗质量管理。结果:帮助卫健委各层级人员全面了解,并掌握所关注的临床医疗质量指标的动态变化,实现对临床医疗质量与安全情况的全方位监管。结论:医疗质量指标数据与变化趋势能够帮助医院对医疗质量情况进行及时跟进和动态调整,提升全市的医疗质量管理水平。Objective:Shenzhen Smart Medical Supervision System conducts multi-dimensional data analysis on the changes of medical quality supervision indicators.Methods:Design and build a smart medical supervision system in Shenzhen,carry out monitoring and evaluation of medical quality in the city,and continuously improve medical quality management.Results:To help the health and health committees at all levels to fully understand and grasp the dynamic changes of the clinical quality indicators of concern,and to achieve comprehensive supervision of clinical medical quality and safety.Conclusion:The medical quality index data and trends can help the hospital to timely follow up and dynamically adjust the quality of medical care,and improve the quality of medical management of the city.
