摘　　要：目的:解决银联、微信、支付宝等第三方支付平台与医院信息系统之间自动化对账的问题。方法:分析了几种常见的对账方式,并介绍了解放军总医院对账系统的设计与实现,以及接入"军卫一号"医院信息系统的方案。结果:该对账系统在使用过程中得到不断改进优化,实现了一方面能够兼容多种支付平台,另一方面能够嵌入会计业务流程的目的。结论:对账业务作为承载支付与结算的关键环节,能够保证医院资金安全,必须在整个支付流程设计之初就得到充分的重视。Objective: To solve the problem of automatic reconciliation between third party payment platforms, such as UnionPay, WeChat and Alipay, and the hospital information system. Methods: Several common reconciliation methods were analyzed, design and implementation of reconciliation system in our hospital and the scheme of accessing the hospital information system of "No.1 Military Medical Project" were introduced. Results: The reconciliation system has been constantly improved in the process of use, achieved the goal of being compatible with multiple payment platforms on the one hand and embedding accounting business on the other. Conclusion: The reconciliation business, as the key part of payment and accounting, can ensure the safety of hospital funds, so it must be fully paid attention at the beginning of the payment process design.
