摘　　要：针对医院传统护理看板存在的问题,从服务支持的可视化、服务交付的可视化、服务质量的可视化入手,开发护理电子看板系统,实现对护理看板的流程、数据、分析与管理一体化的数字化管理,有效提升护理响应时间,改善护理服务质量,转变护理服务模式,并就护理看板管理的步骤、措施、成效等进行探讨。Aiming at the existing problems of traditional nursing Kanban in hospital,the nursing electronic Kanban system was developed from the aspects of service support visualization,service delivery visualization and service quality visualization.The integrated digital management of nursing Kanban process,data,analysis and management was realized,and the nursing response time and the nursing service quality was effectively improved,changing nursing service mode,and thinking about the steps,measures and results of nursing Kanban management.
