信息化精细管理在多重耐药菌护理防控中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析信息化监测在参与多重耐药菌感染护理管理中的效果,为医院多重耐药菌护理精细化管理提供方法学指导。方法:通过监测某三甲医院2013-2017年信息系统中记录的相关数据,对院内涉及多重耐药菌采集、发现、报告、处置等护理环节流程进行分析,比较防控干预效果。结果:通过信息化手段监管并干预护理操作相关过程,多重耐药菌检出-反馈时间由(261±25)min缩短至(8±2)min,多重耐药菌定植/感染患者接触隔离医嘱下达率及执行率由0.96%~1.02%提高至71.31%,多重耐药菌各项防控措施落实率由35.31%~50.62%提高至68.84%~76.09%,多重耐药菌医院感染发生率由0.44‰下降至0.25‰,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:信息化监测手段构建的护理精细化管理新模式对降低多重耐药菌医院感染发病率具有明显效果,在临床中具有推广应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of information monitoring in nursing management on improving participation in management of multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO)infection,and provide methodological guidance for hospital infection management.Methods:Related data in the information system about management of infection occurred from 2013 to 2017 were selected,information monitoring were used to improve the process of collection,detection,report and various quality evaluation indexes were compared.Results:After the information monitoring was implemented,time of MDRO information transmitted from laboratory to clinical departments were shortened from(261±25)minutes to(8±2)minutes,order rates and implementation rates of contact quarantine doctor’s advice were increased from 0.96%~1.02%to 71.31%,compliance rates of various MDRO prevention and control measures were increased from 35.31%~50.62%to 68.84%~76.09%,and incidence of MDRO was decreased from 0.44‰to 0.25‰,the difference was significant.Conclusion:Information monitoring system have significantly effect on reducing the incidence rate,which is worth of clinical promotion.
