摘　　要：聚氨酯胶粘剂虽然应用广泛,但是对于多种基材的粘接效果并不好.用自制的粘接促进剂、色浆、预聚体1以及市场采购的预聚体2制备聚氨酯底涂剂,分别研究了粘接促进剂、色浆、预聚体2用量对底涂剂性能的影响.结果 表明,过量的粘接促进剂不利于胶体与底涂之间的粘接,预聚体2用量较多时不利于底涂剂与玻璃的粘接,过多的色浆用量对底涂剂与玻璃间的粘接不利.确定的最佳用量为:4g粘接促进剂、18g预聚体2、6g色浆,所制备的聚氨酯底涂剂涂覆效果好,与聚氨酯粘接胶复配性好.Although the polyurethane adhesives are widely used,they do not bond well to a variety of substrates.The polyurethane primer is prepared with self-made adhesion promoter,color paste,prepolymer 1 and market purchased prepolymer 2.The effects of the amount of adhesion promoter,color paste and prepolymer 2 on the properties of primer are studied.The results show that the excessive adhesion promoter is not conducive to the adhesion between the colloid and the primer,when the amount of prepolymer 2 is large,it is not conducive to the adhesion of primer and glass,and the excessive amount of color paste is unfavorable to the adhesion between primer and glass.The optimum dosage is determined as follows:the adhesion promoter is 4g,the prepolymer 2 is 18g and the color paste is 6g;the prepared polyurethane primer has a good coating effect and a good compounding property with the polyurethane adhesive.
