摘 要:为了提高井下跳汰排矸工艺的处理能力和工艺指标,提出了双侧进风跳汰技术,研制出了宽度为4.30 m的双侧进风跳汰机,在地面选煤厂实现应用。通过原理分析、现场测试、浮沉组成试验、灰分检测试验等方法研究了双侧进风跳汰分选技术的主要性能指标。实验研究结果表明,该工业跳汰机处理80~0 mm无烟煤,单机最大能力处理为600 t/h,第1矸石段不完善度I1为0.08,第2矸石段不完善度I2为0.09,中煤段不完善度I3为0.14,数量效率为98.06%,正常工作条件下用水量为2.0 m^3/t原煤,第2矸石段及中煤段用风风压为0.029 MPa。双侧进风跳汰技术的应用,在保证较低风水用量的同时,有效增加了跳汰设备的单位宽度处理能力,提升了分选精度。To improve processing capacity and technical index of underground jigging and gangue discharge technology, double air inlet jigging technology was proposed in this study. A double air inlet jig with the width of 4.30 m was developed, which has already applied in a surface coal preparation plant. Main performance indexes of double air inlet jigging technology were studied by means of principle analysis, site test, float-and-sink test, ash test, etc. Experimental results show that jig capacity could reach 600 t/h per unit maximum when treating 80~0 mm anthracite. Imperfection(I1) of the first gangue section is 0.08, while imperfection(I2) of second gangue section is 0.09. The imperfection(I3) of middling section is 0.14, and its quantity efficiency is 98.06%. Under normal working conditions, water consumption of raw coal is 2.0 m^3/t. Air pressure of second gangue section and middling section is 0.029 MPa. On the premise of ensuring a lower air-water consumption, this double air inlet jigging technology could effectively increase jig capacity per unit width, improving separation accuracy.
