摘 要:利用欧洲数值预报中心高分辨率(0.125°×0.125°)再分析气象资料,采用统计方法分析了近36年间藏中地区气象因子的多时间尺度变化特征,并讨论了低温和大风对藏中电网线路安全可能产生的影响,为藏中地区电网设计和电网安全维护提供参考.主要结论为:(1)温度和风速都表现出明显的年代际、年际、季节和日变化特征;1月平均温度最低,最容易引起电线覆冰;风速则表现出冬春季大、夏秋季小的分布特征.(2)低温日数多年来有减少的趋势,并存在明显的季节变化;大风日数与平均风速变化相近,近10年来有明显的增加趋势,也表现为冬春季多,夏秋季少的分布特征,并主要集中在1-3月之间.In this paper, using the high-resolution(0.125°×0.125°) reanalysis data of European Center, the multiple time scale variation characteristics of meteorological factors in thermal fluid activity in the recent 36 years in Central Tibet are analyzed with statistical methods, and the effects of low temperatures and strong winds on power network security are investigated so as to provide reference for the design of regional power grids and their security maintenance. The following conclusions are obtained.(1) Temperature and wind speed show obvious characteristics of interdecadal, interannual, seasonal and diurnal changes. The average temperature is the lowest in January, and wire icing is likely to occur in this month. Wind speed is large in winter and spring and small in summer and autumn.(2) Low-temperature days tend to decrease over the years and show an obvious seasonal change. The change in number of days of strong wind is similar to that of average wind speed and showed an obvious increasing trend in the past 10 years. More days of heavy wind occur in winter and spring(mostly in January to March) than in summer and autumn.
