摘 要:新型动静压转台运转过程中,静压腔外槽区可能出现负压使得动压油楔供油不足,影响油膜温升特性分析的准确性。为准确研究转台油膜的温升特性,通过FLUENT计算不同供油压力条件下,不同油膜厚度在静压腔外槽区不产生负压时对应的最大转速,并利用MATLAB拟合出相应的最大转速-膜厚曲线,得出随着油膜厚度和供油压力的增大,油膜在静压腔外槽区不产生负压时所能达到的最大转速均逐渐增大的结论。在保证对动压螺旋油楔供油条件下,研究转速、供油压力和油膜厚度对油膜温升特性的影响。结果表明:转速对油膜温升的影响较明显,随着转速的升高油膜温度逐渐升高;随着油膜厚度和供油压力的增大,油膜温度逐渐减小,而且油膜厚度和供油压力越大,低转速时油膜温升越不明显。During the operation of a new type hybrid differential rotary table,the negative pressure may appear in the outer groove area of the static pressure chamber,which makes the oil supply of the dynamic oil wedge insufficient and affects the accuracy of the analysis of the oil film temperature rise characteristics.In order to accurately study the oil film temperature rise characteristics,the maximum speed corresponding to different oil film thickness was calculated by FLUENT when negative pressure was not generated in the outer groove area of the static pressure chamber under different oil supply pressure,and the corresponding curve of maximum speed and film thickness was fitted by MATLAB.It is concluded that with the increase of oil film thickness and oil supply pressure,the maximum rotating speed is increased gradually when there is no negative pressure in the outer groove of the static pressure chamber.The effects of rotating speed,oil supply pressure and oil film thickness on the temperature rise characteristics of oil film were studied under the condition of ensuring the oil supply of the dynamic pressure spiral oil wedge.The results show that the rotating speed has a obvious effect on the temperature rise of the oil film,and the oil film temperature is increased with the increase of rotating speed.With the increase of oil film thickness and oil supply pressure,the oil film temperature is decreased gradually,and the larger the oil film thickness and oil supply pressure,the less obvious the oil film temperature rise at low speed.
