摘 要:为了提高水力加压器密封性能,设计一种由滑环与O形密封圈组成的组合密封;利用流体压力渗透载荷的加载方法对密封结构进行有限元仿真,得到单因素滑环结构参数对密封性能的影响规律;利用正交试验,分析多因数滑环结构参数综合作用对活塞密封性能的影响。研究结果表明:滑环沟槽底部厚度、滑环侧边宽度、滑环高度、活塞单边径向密封间隙对动密封面接触压力影响依次减弱,新型密封结构选择滑环高度6.5 mm、滑环侧边宽度2.65 mm、滑环沟槽底部的厚度0.7 mm、单边径向间隙0.25 mm时,其最大接触应力比常规O形密封圈结构提高了245%;新型密封结构中的动密封面接触应力比常规O形密封圈结构有了显著的提高,提高了水力加压器的密封性能。In order to improve the sealing performance of hydraulic thruster,a combined seal composed of sliding ring and O-ring was designed.The finite element simulation of the sealing structure was carried out by using the loading method of fluid pressure osmotic load,and the influence rule of single factor of the structural parameters of sliding ring on the sealing performance was obtained.The sealing performance of piston under the combined action of structural parameters of sliding ring was analyzed by orthogonal test.The results show that the influence of bottom thickness,side width of slip ring,height of slip ring and radial seal clearance of piston on contact pressure of dynamic seal surface is decreased in turn.When the slip ring height is 6.5 mm,the side width of slip ring is 2.65 mm,the thickness of bottom of slip ring groove is 0.7 mm and the radial clearance of single side is 0.25 mm,the maximum contact stress of the new sealing structure is 245%higher than that of conventional O-ring structure.The contact stress of the dynamic sealing surface in the new sealing structure is significantly higher than that of the conventional O-ring structure,which improves the sealing performance of the hydraulic thruster.
