2例婴幼儿新型冠状病毒肺炎并发弥散性血管内凝血病例报道

摘　　要：自2019年12月湖北省武汉市发生新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染流行以来,华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉儿童医院重症医学科收治2例以肺外表现为首发症状的新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)患儿,1例以腹泻、发热为首发症状,另1例以呕吐、果酱样血便伴发热、肠套叠为首发症状.2例患儿在出现呼吸系统症状后病情进展迅速,均并发弥散性血管内凝血(DIC),经过积极治疗,现病情趋于平稳.Since December 2019,2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)related pneumonia outbreak has occurred in Wuhan,Hubei province.Department of Critical Care Medicine,Wuhan Children's Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology recently admitted 2 children with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)featured with extrapulmonary symptoms.The initial symptoms of one case were diarrhea and fever,and the other child had vomiting,jam-like bloody stool,fever,and intussusception.Both of them progressed rapidly after the occurrence of respiratory symptoms,with diffuse intravascular coagulation(DIC).The patients'conditions improved gradually and have become stable after treatment.
