摘 要:弗留格尔公式广泛应用于汽轮机变工况计算,但对于蒸汽湿度较大的级组,计算结果存在较大的误差。对实际气体方程做了一定改进,并提出将改进后的气体状态方程代替理想气体方程运用到弗留格尔公式的推导过程中,建立了更贴合实际运行的计算模型。该模型适用于蒸汽湿度较大的级组的变工况计算。以某核电汽轮机为例,采用提出的计算模型进行多个变工况下的热力计算,将计算结果与采用弗留格尔公式计算的结果进行比对,结果表明,采用本文提出的计算模型可显著提高蒸汽湿度较大级组的变工况计算精度。Flugel formula is widely used in off-design condition calculation of steam turbine,but there is a big error in the calculation of wet steam stage groups.The improved state equation of real gas is presented in this paper.By using the improved state equation of real gas instead of state equation of ideal gas to the derivation of the Flugel formula,a more reasonable off-design condition calculation model is established.This model is adapted to stage groups with high steam humidity.Taking a nuclear power steam turbine as an example,the off-design calculation of stage groups is carried out by using the presented model.The results of the calculation are compared with the data calculated by Flugel formula.It shows that the presented model can significantly improve the calculation accuracy of wet steam stage groups.
