摘 要:提出了一种基于轴承座垂直方向振动信号检测的轴系扭振监测与诊断的新方法,建立了扭振监测与诊断的理论模型,给出了轴系扭振故障存在与否的诊断准则。实验结果表明:该方法在保证轴系扭振监测实时性的同时,能够准确、有效地判别出冲击载荷下的扭振故障,能够清楚地显示轴系的前两阶扭振固有频率上的振动响应分量,且验证了所提出的扭振故障特征参数在很宽的转速范围具有良好的稳定性。研究结果为汽轮发电机组轴系扭振故障在线监测提供了一种新的有效方法。In this paper,a new method for monitoring and diagnosing torsional vibration of shafting based on vertical vibration signal detection of bearing seating was presented,a theoretical model for the monitoring and fault diagnosis of the torsional vibration was established,and the diagnosis criterion of torsional vibration fault of shafting was given.The experimental results show that the method can not only ensure the shafting torsional vibration monitoring in real time,but also be able to accurately and effectively identify torsional vibration failure under impact load,can clearly show the shaft on the first two order natural frequency of torsional vibration of the vibration response of the component,and verify the fault characteristic parameters of torsional vibration proposed in a wide speed range having a good stability.The results obtained in this paper provide a new and effective method for on-line monitoring of torsional vibration of shaft system of turbo-generator set.
