摘　　要：[目的/意义]智库是一个较为完整的知识体系,在知识的保存、共享环节发挥重要作用。智库如何被接纳、使用,成为智库价值体现的关键,同时也为新型智库建设提供支持。[方法/过程]使用组织间信息系统模型的思想,分析智库在使用环节的用户体验,并使用统计思想测量其权重。[结果/结论]研究表明智库的社会影响、信息质量、技术背景是智库使用的关键因素。[Purpose/significance] Think-tank is a relatively complete knowledge system, which plays an important role in the preservation and sharing of knowledge. How to accept and make use of think-tanks becomes the key point to the value of think tanks, and also provides support for the construction of the new think tank. [Method/process] Based on the inter-organizational information system model, this paper analyzes the user experience of the think tank in the use session, and measures its weight by statistical method. [Result/conclusion] It concludes that the social impact, information quality, and technical background of think tanks are the key factors in the use of think tanks.
