摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对我国软实力提升要求,提出加强智库专业化建设,拟为新型高端智库建设提供决策参考。[方法/过程]本文通过运用理论推演与质性分析方法,界定了智库专业化建设的内涵,分析了智库专业化建设的动力机制,探讨了智库的专业服务功能,并结合中国特色新型智库专业化建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议。[结果/结论]本文认为中国特色新型智库必须加强自身专业定位,依靠专业团队,以专业问题为导向,努力产出专业产品,不断提高专业服务水平,善于发出自己的专业声音,使中国模式得到世界认可和肯定。[Purpose/significance] In view of the requirement of soft power upgrading in China, this paper proposes to strengthen the professional think tanks construction, which is intended to provide decision-making reference for the new high-end think tanks construction. [Method/process] By using theoretical deduction and qualitative analysis, this paper defines the connotation of the professional think tanks construction, analyses the motive mechanism of that, probes into the professional service function, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions based on the problems existing in the construction of that. [Result/conclusion] The new think tanks with Chinese characteristics must strengthen their professional orientation, rely on professional teams, take professional problems as guidance, strive to produce professional products, continuously improve the level of professional services, and be good at making their own professional voices, so that the Chinese model can be recognized and affirmed by the world.
