摘　　要：三江源国家公园建设的目的是实现人与自然和谐发展,人与自然和谐发展意味着要实现国家公园内牧民生计和生态保护目标的和谐统一。论文在分析三江源国家公园生态保护现状的基础上,论述了牧民生计和生态保护的共生关系,三江源国家公园的牧民生计建立在生态保护的基础上,牧民生计方式影响着生态保护的成果,牧民生计和生态保护互为一体,在论述双方共生关系的基础上,提出二者良性耦合的路径。The purpose of constructing Sanjiangyuan National Park is to realize the harmonious development of man and nature.The harmonious development of man and nature means to realize the harmonious unification of herders'livelihoods and ecological protection goals in the national park.Based on the analysis of the current status of ecological protection in Sanjiangyuan National Park,the paper discusses the symbiotic relationship between herdsmen's livelihoods and ecological protection.The herdsmen's livelihoods in Sanjiangyuan National Park are based on ecological protection.The herdsmen's livelihood and ecological protection are integrated into each other.On the basis of discussing the symbiotic relationship between the two parties,a path of benign coupling between the two is proposed.
