血吸虫循环抗原联合虫卵抗体检测血吸虫病的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究血吸虫循环抗原联合虫卵抗体检测血吸虫病的临床意义.方法我院2018年1月—2019年3月诊治200例血吸虫病患者,分别采用血吸虫循环抗原检测、血吸虫虫卵抗体检测、血吸虫循环抗原联合虫卵抗体检测,比较三种检测方法检出率、误诊率.结果三种检测方法检出率在血吸虫病和慢性血吸虫病方面差异均有统计学意义,其中血吸虫循环抗原联合虫卵抗体检测检出率最高(P<0.05);三种检测方法误诊率在血吸虫病、慢性血吸虫病和晚期血吸虫病方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);血吸虫虫卵抗体检测、血吸虫循环抗原联合虫卵抗体检测的检出率及误诊率在晚期血吸虫病方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用血吸虫循环抗原联合虫卵抗体检测血吸虫病检出率显著高于单一方法检测,可减少误差,值得推广应用.Objective To study the clinical significance of detection of schistosomiasis with circulating antigen of Schistosoma japonicum combined with egg antibody.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,200 cases of schistosomiasis were diagnosed and treated in our hospital.There are three kinds of detection methods:the detection of circulating antigen of schistosomiasis,the detection of egg antibody of schistosomiasis,and the detection of circulating antigen of schistosomiasis combined with egg antibody of schistosomiasis.The detection rate and misdiagnosis rate of the three methods were compared.Results The detection rates of the three detection methods in schistosomiasis and chronic schistosomiasis had statistical significance,among which the detection rate of circulating antigen combined with egg antibody of schistosomiasis was the highest(P<0.05);the misdiagnosis rates of the three detection methods in schistosomiasis,chronic schistosomiasis and advanced schistosomiasis had no statistical significance.(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection rate and misdiagnosis rate of schistosomiasis in advanced stage(P>0.05)between the detection rate of schistosomiasis egg antibody.Conclusion The detection rate of schistosomiasis by SCA combined with egg antibody is significantly higher than that by single method,with less errors.It has good application in the treatment of schistosomiasis and is worthy of popularization and application.
