摘  要:煤矿井下作业现场的各种电机的安全起停是煤矿企业安全生产的十分重要的一环,目前矿用电磁起动器的闭锁装置,经过大量调查表明,很多是半闭锁装置,也即在通电的情况下也可以打开起动器的门,容易造成对起动器带电检修,而在煤矿井下易爆炸的环境下,这样的操作对安全带来巨大隐患。而且,目前的起动器的闭锁装置通常为单一形式的闭锁装置,结构复杂,成本高昂。本次机械结构是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本较低、操作方便、安全性好、闭锁可靠性高且易于级联的矿用隔爆兼本安型多回路真空电磁起动器的闭锁装置。The safe start of all kinds of motors in the underground operation of coal mines is a very important part of the safe production of coal mining enterprises.At present,the locking devices of electromagnetic starters used in mines have been investigated by a large number of investigations.Many of them are semi-closed devices.That is,the door of the starter can also be opened under the condition of electricity,which can easily cause electric overhaul of the starter.In the environment where the coal mine is prone to explosion,such operations have great potential for safety.Moreover,the locking device of the current starter is usually a single type of locking device,with complex structure and high cost.The mechanical structure is:overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology,to provide a simple structure,low cost,convenient operation,good safety,high locking reliability and easy to cascade mine explosion isolation and this type of multi-loop vacuum electromagnetic starter locking device.
