摘 要:耐雷水平低、雷击跳闸率高的配电网是电网防雷的薄弱环节。本文为了研究HALPGD改善35kV配电线路的防雷效果,首先应用电磁暂态计算程序(electromagnetic transient program,EMTP)对安装了HALPGD的广西钦州某典型35kV配电线路的耐雷水平进行了仿真分析,分析得到在有、无避雷线情况下,1基塔、3基塔、5基塔装设HALPGD后线路耐雷水平最高可分别提高1.9倍、8.9倍和12.6倍及分别提高2.2倍、6.9倍和9.8倍;其次,基于规程法建立相应的雷击跳闸率数学模型,并结合该条线路相关参数进行计算,得出在有、无HALPGD条件下年平均雷击跳闸次数为分别为0.0742次/(100km·a)和3.668次/(100km·a),降低幅度达到97.98%,最后与实际监测雷击跳闸率数据(实际二者为0.5303次/(100km·a和4.08次/(100km·a))进行对比,分析可知计算结果与实际几乎相同。最终充分验证HALPGD一定程度上提高了线路的防雷效果。The distribution network with low lightning resistance level and high lightning strike rate is the weak link of lightning protection in the grid.In order to study the lightning protection effect of HALPGD to improve the 35kV distribution line,firstly,the electromagnetic transient program(EMTP)is used to simulate and analyze the lightning resistance level of a typical 35kV distribution line in Qinzhou,Guangxi,where HALPGD is installed.In the case of with or without lightning protection line,the lightning resistance level of the line after the installation of HALPGD in 1 base tower,3 base tower and 5 base tower can be increased by 1.9 times,8.9 times and 12.6 times respectively,and increased by 2.2 times,6.9 times and 9.8 respectively;Secondly,based on the procedural method,the corresponding mathematical model of lightning trip rate is established,and combined with the relevant parameters of the line,the average number of lightning trips in the presence and absence of HALPGD is 0.0742 times/(100km·a)and 3.668 times/(100km·a),the reduction rate reached 97.98%,and finally compared with the actual monitoring of lightning strike rate data(actually 0.5303 times/(100km·a)and 4.08 times/(100km·a)),The analysis shows that the calculation result is almost the same as the actual one.Finally,the HALPGD is fully verified to improve the lightning protection effect of the line to some extent.
