摘  要:变压器是电网中的重要设备之一,其低压侧与开关柜母线通常采用母线桥连接。裸露部分采用加装绝缘热缩套方式来提高母线的绝缘性能,但绝缘热缩套存在施工工艺复杂、易受损脱落、维护周期长、防小动物措施不完善等问题。针对此问题,提出涂制阻燃性绝缘涂层方法改进母线桥的绝缘防护能力。经现场应用验证,采用绝缘涂层能避免主变母线桥短路、放电等安全事故的发生,有效提高绝缘防护能力,保证电网的安全稳定运行。Transformers are one of the important equipment in electric networks.Its low voltage side and switch whicle busbars are usually connected by busbar bridge.The unccwered parts are adopted insulating termal shrinkable drivepipe way to increase busbar insulating propery,but the insulating termal strinkable drivepope is of technique complex under coustruction and easy to be damaged to drop,long service period and imperfect measures to prevent small animals.On these problems,the paper puts forward coating fire resistance insulating coating way to improve insulated protective ability of the busbar loridges.The field verification shous that the insulated coating can avoid main busbar bridges to be shorted,discharge acccidents huppen,effectively increase insulating protective ability and ensure the network safety operation.
