摘　　要：针对汽车车门外板制件的特点,运用Autoform对制件进行回弹模拟分析,利用CATIA软件制作补偿数模,将补偿后得数模再进行CAE回弹仿真分析,经过这个迭代反复的过程,得到优化后的模具型面.实践证明,此方式可以在保证车身外覆盖件成形质量的同时,提高了车身外覆盖件的符合度。According to the characteristics of automotive skin parts,Autoform software is used to do parts springback simulation,and the CATIA software is used to make springback math data compensation.The compensated math data is then analyzed by CAE springback simulation.After this iterative process,optimized die faces can be received.Practice has proved that this method can improve the conformity of automotive skin parts while ensuring the forming quality of automotive skin parts.
