摘 要:通过阐述何首乌的古今炮制工艺,分析古法炮制中不同辅料与不同炮制方法、近现代几种主要新工艺各自的优势与缺陷,发现对于何首乌的炮制研究,应将古法炮制中相对存在较好疗效的方法(如以黑豆为辅料、"九蒸九晒"等)与现代科学技术(如现代化机器设备、先进的检测手段等)相结合,并且通过多指标综合评价法进行优化,从而更大程度地提升何首乌中有效成分的含量。By expounding the ancient and modern processing techniques of polygoni multiflori radix,and analyzing the advantages and defects of different auxiliary materials and different processing methods in the ancient method and the several major modern new technologies,it was found that the research on the processing of polygoni multiflori radix should have a relatively good effect in the ancient method( such as using black beans as auxiliary materials,"nine steaming and nine drying",etc.) combined with modern science and technology( such as modern machine and equipment,advanced detection methods,etc.),and optimized by multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,thereby enhancing the active ingredients in polygoni multiflori radix.
