摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列Sr2MgSiO5:Eu2+发光材料,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)等测试方法对样品的物相结构和发光特性进行了表征及测试。研究结果表明:Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+发光材料中,加入少量Eu^2+离子后没有明显改变Sr2MgSiO5晶体结构,提高晶化温度有利于Sr2MgSiO5晶相的生成。当晶化温度为1150℃时,晶化时间为2 h,光谱强度最大Ba2MgSiO5:Eu^2+发光强度最佳。本文合成Sr2MgSiO5:Eu2+发光材料可以应用到白光LED的技术中。The luminescent materials of Sr2MgSiO5: Eu^2+were prepared by sol-gel method,and the resultant samples were characterized and analyzed using X-ray diffraction( XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy( PL). The results showed that the addition of a small amount of Eu2+ions did not significantly change Sr2MgSiO5 crystal structure in Sr2 Mg Si O5: Eu^2+luminescent material,increasing the crystallization temperature was conducive to the formation of Sr2MgSiO5 crystal phase.When the crystallization temperature was 1150 ℃,the crystallization time was 2 h,the maximum spectral intensity was Sr2MgSiO5: Eu2+,and the light emission intensity was the best. Sr2MgSiO5: Eu^2+for the synthesis of wide excitation bands can be applied to white LED technology.
