摘  要:总磷是水体富营养化及评价水体质量的重要指标之一。钼酸铵分光光度法是测定总磷的主要检测方法之一。本文通过研究工作曲线是否消解,过硫酸钾加入量、消解温度以及显色时间的不同,来探讨钼酸铵分光光度法的影响因素,得出最佳实验方法为工作曲线不消解,过硫酸钾加入量为4 m L,消解温度可选择120~124℃,最佳显色时间10~15 min。Total phosphorus is one of the important indicators for eutrophication and water quality assessment.Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry is one of the main methods for the determination of total phosphorus. The influence factors of ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry were discussed by studying whether the working curve was digested,the amount of potassium persulfate added,the temperature of digestion and the time of color development. The best experimental method was that the working curve was not digested,the amount of potassium persulfate added was4 m L,the temperature of digestion can be 120 ~ 124 ℃,and the best time of color development was 10 ~ 15 min.
