摘  要:本文设计了一个大学综合化学实验。以肉桂醛作为底物、乙酸铜作催化剂,采用一步法和两步法合成肉桂腈。通过对两种实验方法进行比较研究,一步法所需实验时间更短,所得产品产率、纯度更高,最终选择"一步法合成肉桂腈"作为实验教学内容。该实验可操作性强,难度适中,包含多种实验基本操作。设计该实验作为大学综合化学实验具有合理性和可行性。A university comprehensive chemical experiment was designed. Cinnamonitrile was synthesized by one-step or two-step methods using cinnamaldehyde as substrate and copper acetate as catalyst. Through the comparative study of the two experimental methods,one-step method afforded the product in less reaction time,higher yield and purity,and"one-step synthesis of cinnamonitrile"was selected as the experimental teaching content. This experiment had strong maneuverability,moderate difficulty,and comprehensive use of a variety of basic operation of the experiment. It was reasonable and feasible to design this experiment as a comprehensive chemistry experiment in university.
