摘　　要：以宜昌白山羊为研究对象,探索了促卵泡素(FSH)不同剂量的超排效果。结果表明,CIDR+FSH+PG法处理宜昌白山羊,同期发情率100%,随着FSH剂量的增加,超排处理的宜昌白山羊黄体、回收胚胎和可用胚的数量增多。当FSH注射剂量为18 AU/只时,6月龄宜昌白山羊平均排卵点为18.60个、回收胚胎15.60枚,其中可用胚14.20枚;12月龄羊平均排卵点为20.00个、回收胚胎16.25枚,其中可用胚14.00枚。因此宜昌白山羊超排处理的适宜FSH剂量为18 AU/只。FSH剂量为18 AU/只时,6月龄羊的超排效果与12月龄羊之间没有明显差异,说明宜昌白山羊性成熟即可进行超排处理,该研究结果可为同期发情、超数排卵在宜昌白山羊产业化中的应用提供参考依据。Yichang white goats were selected to study the effects of different FSH dosages on superovulation.The results showed that the rate of synchronization estrus was 100%and the number of corpus luteum,collected embryo and effectiveembryo increased with the increment of FSH dosage.When injected 18 AU FSH per goat,the corpus luteum,collected embryos and effective embryos of 6-month-old goats was 18.60,15.60 and 14.20,respectively while of the 12-month-old goats was 20.00,16.25 and 14.00,respectively.And the superovulation effects had no significant difference between 6-month-and 12-month-goats.It suggested that the Yichang white goat could be treated superovulation at 6-month-old and the suitable FSH dosage of superovulation for 6-and 12-months old goat was 18 AU/head.
