摘 要:基于性格特征与感知背叛的分析,构建了负面报道严重程度×性格特征—感知背叛—目的地信任的研究模型,并采用情景试验法进行验证。结果表明,对于同一则负面报道,相对于低严重程度组,高严重程度组对目的地信任影响更大;其心理机制表现为感知背叛在负面报道和目的地信任之间起到部分中介作用,性格特征在负面报道和感知背叛之间有调节作用,相对于理性人格,感性人格潜在游客的感知背叛变化幅度会更大。Based on the analysis of personality traits and perceived betrayal,a research model of"severity of negative reporting×personality traits-perceived betrayal-destination trust"was constructed and verified using the scenario test.The results show that for the same negative report,compared with the low severity group,the high severity group has a greater impact on destination trust;the psychological mechanism is that perceived betrayal partially mediates between the negative report and the destination trust.Personality traits have a moderating effect between negative reporting and perceived betrayal.Compared with rational personality,the perceived betrayal of potential tourists with emotional personality will be greater.
