摘  要:某气瓶充装站内的氮气储罐发生爆炸,造成氮气储罐解体。对罐体材料和破裂处进行了化学分析、力学性能测试、金相和电镜分析,并对汽化器使用情况进行分析,结果表明:罐体材料的化学成分和力学性能符合标准要求;汽化器长时间连续超负荷使用,导致翅片管表面严重结霜,使液氮流入汽化器下游的氮气罐,氮气罐在低温下运行,罐体材料发生低温脆断,造成爆裂。A nitrogen storage tank in a cylinder filling station exploded,causing the disintegration of the nitrogen tank.Chemical analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic and electron microscope analysis were carried out on the material and fracture of the nitrogen tank,the usage of evaporator was also analyzed.The results showed that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the tank materials met the requirements of the standard.The continuous,overload and long-term use of the carburetor leaded to serious frosting on the surface of finned tube,causing the liquid nitrogen flowed into the nitrogen tank downstream of the carburetor.The nitrogen tank was operated at low temperature,and the tank material had brittleness,resulting in burst of the tank.
