摘  要:天然气作为一种清洁能源广泛应用于工业生产及民用生活中,液化天然气(LNG)是气态天然气经压缩、冷却至临界温度以下变成的液体,随着国家对油气体制深化改革的进行,未来油气管网的建设将逐步提速。基于风险的检验(RBI)技术能够有效发现设备存在的安全隐患,提高检验的效率。根据API 581-2016《基于风险的检验》原理,采用GM_RBI软件对LNG接收站进行风险评估,根据评估结果对压力容器和压力管道的风险进行排序,对高风险设备的损伤机理进行分析,找出薄弱环节,制定基于RBI分析的优化检验策略并给出运行管理建议。As a clean energy,natural gas is widely used in industrial production and civil life.Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is the liquid formed by compressed and cooled natural gas below the critical temperature.With the deepening reform and adjustment of oil and natural gas system by the state,the construction of oil and gas pipeline network will gradually speed up in the future.The risk based inspection(RBI)technology can effectively discover the potential safety hazards of the equipment and improve the inspection efficiency.According to the inspection principle of"Risk-based Inspection Methodology"(API 581-2016),the GM_RBI software is used to evaluate the risk of LNG receiving station,the risks of pressure vessel and pressure pipeline are sorted according to the evaluation results,the damage mechanism of high-risk equipment is analyzed and the weak links are found out.The optimized inspection strategy based on RBI analysis is formulated and the operation management suggestions are given.
