摘　　要：近年来,氨制冷装置(冷库)事故频发,氨泄漏导致的燃烧爆炸和人员中毒对人民的生命财产安全构成了极大的威胁,也引起了社会的密切关注。探讨了氨制冷装置压力管道在设计、安装以及检验过程中容易存在的设计不当、安装质量管控不严、检验疏忽等问题,从监督检验和定期检验入手,有针对性地提出检验要求、关注要点,以期促进氨制冷装置压力管道的安全使用。In recent years,the frequent accidents caused by ammonia refrigeration equipment(cold storage)leads to combustion and explosion,which has posed a great threat to people's lives and property safety,and also draw the whole society's close attention.This article discusses the problems that need to be solved during improper design,lax installation quality control and inspection negligence.In order to promote the safe use of pressure pipeline in ammonia refrigeration plant,starting from supervision and inspection and periodic inspection,the inspection requirements and key points are put forward.
