熔剂性球团生产的试验室研究

摘　　要：为了探索熔剂性球团生产的可行性,在邯钢现有原料条件下,以白云石为熔剂,制定了碱度分别为R=0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2的试验方案,并进行了成球及焙烧试验,结果表明在碱度R=0.8条件下的球团符合生产要求,其他方案均不理想,这为更深一步的研究提供了数据支撑。In order to explore the possibility of flux pellets production,the test schemes of alkalinity R=0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2 were formulated under the existing raw material conditions of Hansteel and the dolomite was flux.The pelletizing and roasting tests were carried out and the results show that the pellets with basicity R=0.8 meet the production requirements under the condition of No.3 roasting test.The other schemes were unsuccessful,but provided data support for further research.
