水口快换铸坯洁净度分析与应用

摘  要:水口快换铸坯为典型的非稳态铸坯,其铸坯洁净度与正常铸坯相比较差。通过氮氧含量分析、大样电解分析、扫描电解和能谱分析等手段,研究了换水口前后铸坯洁净度的变化规律。研究结果表明,换水口前后两米内氮氧含量明显偏高,之后趋于正常水平。夹杂物数量的变化规律与氮氧含量的相同。夹杂物种类主要为水口耐材剥落、保护渣卷渣以及二次氧化导致的夹杂。基于此,换水口铸坯要求切割尺寸在换水口位置前后3 m,3 m外铸坯正常使用。The quick-replace nozzle slab is a typical slab under unsteady casting process,and its cleanliness is worse than that of the normal slab.In this paper,the change rule of the cleanliness of the slab before and after the quick-replace nozzle process was studied by N and T[O]content analysis,sample-electrolysing method,SEM analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the content of N and T[O]content in the two meters before and after the quick-replace nozzle position is obviously high,and then tends to the normal level.Number of inclusions is same as N and T[O]content.The main reason of inclusions are as follows:the nozzle refractory fall into the steel,the slag entrap and second oxidation.Based on this research,it is required that the cutting dimension of the slab should be three meters before and after the quick-replace nozzle position,and the rest of the slabs should be used normally.
