摘 要:安钢2#高炉的有效容积为2 800 m^3,近年风口中套与大套间出现不同程度的跑煤气现象,煤气报警仪爆表,压浆,更换中套后均未得到改善,严重影响了高炉的安全生产。因此,着重探讨了利用高炉大、中修时在线加工大套,解决因大套变形引起的跑煤气现象。这项技术不仅可以缩短检修工期,而且能避免切割大套时高温对炉壳金属组织过烧,引起炉壳机械性能的下降。The effective volume of the 2# blast furnace in Anyang steel is 2800 m^3.In recent years,there has been a phenomenon of running gas at different levels between the middle and large units of the tuyere.The alarm and grouting of the gas alarm have not been improved after the replacement of the middle sleeve,which has seriously affected the safe production of the blast furnace.This paper focuses on the use of the large and medium repair of the blast furnace on-line processing of large sets to solve the phenomenon of running gas due to the large deformation.This technology can shorten the maintenance period and avoid the high temperature of the metal furnace shell burnt tissue cutting large set,and cause the mechanical properties of the furnace shell to decline.
