摘　　要：首先介绍了PDCA循环的基本原理和步骤;然后根据PDCA循环每一阶段的特点,从项目管理的角度出发,分析了PDCA循环在安钢AG700BL产品研发过程中的运用,每循环一次,质量提高一次,产品质量在PDCA的不断循环运行中实现了阶梯式上升。This paper first introduces the basic principle and steps of the PDCA cycle,then according to the characteristics of each stage of the PDCA cycle,from the point of view of project management,the application of the PDCA cycle in the process of AG700BL product research and development in Anyang Steel is analyzed,each cycle,the quality is improved once,and the product quality is stepped up in the continuous cycle operation of PDCA.
