摘  要:目的了解泗县土源性线虫病的流行情况,为该县制定土源性线虫病的防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法检测居民粪便中土源性线虫虫卵,一粪两检。结果本次共检测1 004人,男女比0.85:1,土源性线虫感染人数9人,总感染率0.90%,其中钩虫感染8人,钩虫感染率0.80%,蛲虫感染1人,蛲虫感染率0.10%。结论该县今后的工作重点应对职业暴露人群和儿童采取驱虫服药、健康宣传等措施来降低人群感染率,保护辖区群众身体健康。Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the prevalence of soil-borne nematodiasis in Sixian county and to provide scientific basis for making control strategies of soil-borne nematodiasis in this county.Methods The infection of soil-transmitted nematodes in residents was investigated by using the Kato Katz method and cellophane anal swab,one stool specimen-three slides. Results A total of 1 004 people were tested and the ratio of male to female was 0.85:1.About 9 people were infected with soil-transmitted nematode disease,the total infection rate was 0.90 %, among them,about 8 people were infected by Ancylostoma duodenale and the infection rate was 0.80%,1 people were infected by Enterobius vermicularis and the infection rate was 0.10 %. Conclusion The future work of the county should focus on the occupational exposure of people and children to take measures such as deworming and drug health publicity to reduce the population infection rate and protect the health of the people in the area.
