摘 要:目的了解郑州市2016-2017年居民冠心病发病和死亡情况,为制定相关防控措施提供科学依据。方法利用"河南省慢性病监测管理系统"和"中国疾病预防控制信息系统",收集2016-2017年郑州市户籍居民冠心病监测数据,分析两年间郑州市冠心病发病和死亡情况。结果两年内郑州市户籍居民冠心病新发病例总数为22188例,年均发病率149.36/10万(标化发病率96.21/10万),死亡总数14870例,年均死亡率100.09/10万(标化死亡率71.43/10万)。2016年发病率182.58/10万,死亡率96.94/10万。2017年发病率116.82/10万,死亡率103.19/10万。男性发病率、死亡率均高于女性。60岁以上年龄组发病率和死亡率显著增加。病例分型中,急性心肌梗死(AMI)占91.06%,心源性猝死(SCD)为8.94%。死亡病例中,急性心肌梗死占86.71%,心源性猝死占13.29%。两年间1~5月合计发病11938例,6~12月合计发病10250例。结论根据不同类型冠心病发病特点,制定有针对性的防控措施,尤其应重视对中老年男性高危人群开展心血管疾病的健康教育和筛查,以减少冠心病的发生和死亡。Objective The purpose of this paper is to understand the incidence and death of coronary heart disease in Zhengzhou from 2016 to 2017, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of relevant prevention and control measures. Methods Using "Henan chronic disease monitoring and management system" and "China disease prevention and control information system", collected the coronary heart disease monitoring data of registered residents in Zhengzhou from 2016 to 2017, and analyzed the incidence and death of coronary heart disease in Zhengzhou in two years. Results Within two years, the total number of new cases of coronary heart disease in Zhengzhou was 22188,with an annual incidence rate of 149.36/10 million(standardized incidence rate of 96.21/10 million), and the total number of deaths was 14870 cases, with an average annual mortality of 100.09/10 million(standardized mortality rate of 71.43/10 million). In 2016, the incidence rate was 182.58/10 million, and the mortality rate was 96.94/10 million. In2017, the incidence rate was 116.82/10 million, and the mortality rate was 103.19/10 million. The incidence rate and mortality rate of males were higher than those of females. Incidence rate and mortality rate of age group 60 and above increased significantly. Among the cases, AMI accounted for 91.06 % and SCD for 8.94 %. In the death cases, acute myocardial infarction accounted for 86.71 %, sudden cardiac death accounted for 13.29 %. There were 11938 cases from January to May and 10 250 cases from June to December. Conclusion According to the characteristics of different types of coronary heart disease, we should formulate targeted prevention and control measures, especially pay attention to the health education and screening of cardiovascular diseases for middle-aged and old men at high risk, so as to reduce the occurrence and death of coronary heart disease.
