耳穴压豆联合中药离子透入治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆联合中药离子透入的中医特色治疗方法对糖尿病视网膜病变气虚血瘀型的疗效。方法选取2014年-2016年济宁市中医院内分泌科、五官科病房及门诊病例共60例,随机将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,2组均按护理方案进行健康指导,其中治疗组在此基础上采用耳穴压豆联合中药离子透入法治疗。中药离子透入治疗分阶段进行,每阶段为15 d,第一阶段每天1次,第二阶段隔日1次,最后1月,每3天1次。以上2种治疗方法2个月为一疗程,连续观察4个月。结果经过2个疗程的治疗,治疗组对患者视力的治疗效果显示总有效率为90%,而对照组则为50%;对眼底的疗效观察显示,治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组为64%。结论耳穴压豆联合中药离子透入对气虚血瘀型糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著,能有效改善患者视力及眼底病变。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of auricular point pressing bean combined with Chinese medicine ion penetration on diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 60 patients were selected from the endocrinology department, ENT ward and outpatient department of Jining hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2014 to 2016. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing bean combined with Chinese medicine ion penetration. To be specific, auricular point pressing bean is carried out alternately for both ears, and Chinese medicine ion penetration treatment is carried out in stages, each stage is 15 days, the first stage is once a day, the second stage is once every other day, and the last month is once every three days. The above two treatment methods are a course of treatment for two month, with continuous observation for four months. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group, and 92% in the treatment group and 64% in the control group respectively. Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with Chinese medicine ion penetration has a significant effect on diabetic retinopathy with syndrome type of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and can effectively improve the visual acuity and fundus lesions in patients.
