摘　　要：探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的中西医诊疗研究现状。西医方面,介绍该病的流行病学特点及传播途径、临床诊断方法、临床表现与分型、西医治疗。中医方面,介绍该病的中医病因病机认识及中医药防治现状;并从中医学理论分析,提出关于该病病性、病位、病机、治则、转归及危重症等方面的新观点,提倡中西医结合救治。The diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia in integrated modern medicine and TCM is discussed.In the aspect of modern medicine,this paper introduces the epidemiological characteristics,transmission routes,clinical diagnosis methods,clinical manifestations and classification,and treatment of the disease.In the aspect of TCM,this paper introduces the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the current situation of prevention and treatment of the disease.With the theory of TCM,this paper puts forward some new views on the nature,location,pathogenesis,treatment principle,prognosis and critical illness of the disease,and advocates the treatment of the combination of modern medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
