摘  要:对热镀铝锌过程中的沉没辊轴套及轴瓦进行了失效分析,采用扫描电镜和能谱仪对其微观组织形貌进行观察。结果表明轴套及轴瓦的失效过程是腐蚀、磨损协同作用的结果;Fe2Al5硬质颗粒磨损是失效过程中的主要摩擦形式;轴套为3层结构,内层为Fe基合金,中间层为过渡层,外层为Co基合金。外层中Co基固溶体容易熔融腐蚀,同时laves相的磨粒磨损消耗,造成轴套尺寸显著降低;轴瓦为Fe基合金,腐蚀失效后内部形成了孔蚀、裂纹和组织疏松。The failure analysis of the sinking roller sleeve and bushing in the process of hot-dip aluminum zinc was carried out.The microstructure of the sleeve and bushing was observed and inspected by SEM and EDS.The results show that the failure process of the sleeve and bushing is the result of synergistic alternating effect of corrosion and wear;the main friction form is the wear of Fe2Al5 hard particles;the sleeve has three-layer composite structure,the inner layer is iron base alloy and the outer layer is Cobalt base alloy.The melting and corrosion of Co-based solid solution in the outer layer and the abrasive wear of the laves phase causes a significant reduction in the size of the sleeve;the appearance of pore,crack and loose structure inside the Fe-based bushing cause corrosion failure.
