1949—2019年中国医院恶性火灾事故统计分析

摘　　要：医院火灾极易造成重大人员伤亡和直接财产损失。通过查阅《中国火灾大典》下卷、1994—2003《中国火灾统计年鉴》、2004—2018《中国消防年鉴》,以及搜索政府消防主管机关官方网站和CNKI,共获得1949年10月1日至2019年9月30日发生的33起医院恶性火灾案例。通过对上述资料分析发现:70年全国医院恶性火灾事故发生频次、人数伤亡和直接财产损失在年份、月份、省份、医院类型、起火部位和直接原因6个方面的分布呈现不同特点。Fires in the hospitals often results in major casualties and direct property damage.A total of 33 serious fire cases during october1,1949–september 30,2019 were collected from China Fire Records,Fire Statistical Yearbook of China 1994-2003 and China Fire Yearbook 2004-2018,as well as official websites of government fire department and CNKI.Analysis of the 70-year fire data found that the frequency,the number of casualties,and the direct loss of property showed different characteristics in six aspects including year,month,province,hospital type,location of fire,and direct cause.
