摘　　要：口服化疗具有方便、经济等优势,因此在临床广泛应用。本文阐述了口服化疗用药安全的现状,以及从评估、处方、配药和给药、教育、监测与随访几个方面阐述口服化疗用药安全的干预措施,以期为我国口服化疗用药安全管理提供参考依据,保障患者安全。Oral chemotherapy is widely used in clinical practice because of convenience and economic reasons.This paper expounded the current situation of medication safety of oral chemotherapy,and stated the intervention measures for medication safety from evaluation,prescription,dispensing and administration,education,monitoring and follow-up,so as to provide reference for the management of medication safety of oral chemotherapy,and to ensure patient safety.
