摘 要:首先以P123、正硅酸乙酯为原料合成了SBA-15介孔分子筛,然后利用氯化亚锡的水解反应在SBA-15介孔分子筛表面及孔道内部沉积纳米SnO2,对其进一步功能化,成功制备出了SnO2-SBA-15介孔分子筛.采用多晶X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、同步热分析、氮气吸脱附等技术手段对材料的结构组成进行了表征,结果表明纳米二氧化锡成功负载到了SBA-15介孔分子筛表面和孔道内部.In this study,SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves are prepared by using P123 and tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw materials. Then,nano-SnO2 is deposited on the surface and pore canal of SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve by in-situ synthesis from the hydrolysis of stannous chloride. The synthesized materials are characterized by XRD,FTIR,TG,BET and N2-adsorption-desorption. The results show that nano-SnO2 is successfully loaded onto the surface and inside the hole of the SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve.
