分梳山羊绒物理性能测试方法分析

摘　　要：参照行业标准FZ/T 21003-2010《分梳山羊绒》和国家强制标准GB 18267-2013《山羊绒》,对实验室内分梳山羊绒手排长度、细度、含粗率与含杂率等物理性能的测试方法进行了简单的描述,对两个标准之间存在的异同点进行了探讨。研究发现,试验人员不仅要严格按照标准进行试验操作,还要熟悉不同标准方法间存在的异同点,从而获取更加科学严谨的数据,希望研究结果可以为企业和检验检测机构检测时选择恰当的标准提供有价值的参考。Referring to the industry standard FZ/T 21003-2010 dehaired cashmere and the national compulsory standard GB 18267-2013 cashmere, the test methods on the physical properties of dehaired cashmere hand row length, fineness, guard hair content and foreign matter content in the laboratory were briefly described. The similarities and differences between the two standards were discussed.The study result showed that the experimenter should not only conduct the test in strict accordance with the standard, but also be familiar with the similarities and differences between different standard methods, so as to obtain more scientific and rigorous data. It is hoped that the research results could provide valuable reference for enterprises and inspection and testing institutions to select appropriate standards for testing.
