股前外肌皮瓣移植在腹壁高压电击伤创面修复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨股前外肌皮瓣移植在腹壁高压电击伤创面修复中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于我院行股前外肌皮瓣修复的4例腹壁高压电击伤患者作为研究对象。创面股前外肌皮瓣游离移植修复1例,岛状带蒂转移修复3例。供瓣区采取断层皮片移植修复。结果患者皮瓣全部成活良好,皮瓣质地软、色泽接近正常,外形无臃肿,无腹壁疝发生。供瓣区创面愈合好,大腿功能正常。结论股前外肌皮瓣具有组织量大,营养血管可靠,血管蒂长,管径大等优点,对腹壁高压电击伤创面修复具有一定的优越性。Objective To investigate the application effect of the transplantation of the anterolateral thigh myocutaneous flap in the repair of the abdominal high voltage electric injury.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,four patients with abdominal high voltage electric injury undergoing repair of anterolateral thigh myocutaneous flap were selected as the study objects.One case was repaired by free transplantation of anterolateral thigh myocutaneous flap,and 3 cases were given island pedicled transfer and repair.The donor sites were repaired by fault skin graft.Results All the flaps in patients survived well,the texture of the flap was soft,the color was close to normal,the appearance was not bloated,and there was no abdominal wall hernia occurred.The donor site healed well and the function of thigh was normal.Conclusion Anterolateral thigh myocutaneous flap has the advantages of large tissue mass,rich blood circulation,long vascular pedicle and large lumen,it has certain superiority to repair the wound of abdominal high voltage electric injury.
