促凝管分离胶内气泡对临床生化检验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析促凝管分离胶内气泡对临床生化检验结果的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于我院接受体检的82名志愿者,行血液生化检验,对检验过程进行跟踪。促凝管分离胶内含有气泡的共41名,设为观察组,促凝管分离胶内无气泡的共41名,设为对照组。对比两组检验结果,包括检验合格率以及丙氨酸氨基转移酶、钾离子、肌酸激酶、血清葡萄糖、总蛋白水平。结果观察组与对照组的检验合格率均为100.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、钾离子、肌酸激酶、血清葡萄糖、总蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床生化检验活动中,促凝管分离胶内气泡对检验结果的影响较小,检验结果合格率和指标稳定性均较高。Objective To analyze the effect of bubble in separating gel of procoagulant tube on the results of clinical biochemical test.Methods Eighty-two volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected for blood biochemical test,and the test process was followed up.There were 41 cases with bubbles in separating gel of procoagulant tube which were set as observation group,and 41 cases without bubbles in separating gel of procoagulant tube which were set as control group.The test results of the two groups were compared,including the qualified rate and the levels of alanine aminotransferase,potassium ion,creatine kinase,serum glucose and total protein.Results The qualified rate of test in the observation group and the control group were 100.00%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,potassium ion,creatine kinase,serum glucose and total protein between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical biochemical test,the effect of bubble in separating gel of procoagulant tube on the test results is less,and the qualification rate and stability of the test results are higher.
